The Matlady has left her studio!

I am sorry to advise all my faithful and loyal customers that I have decided to
clean and hang up my brushes for the last time.

My work has brought years of pride and satisfaction to my life. Sometimes, people will call with a mat that is 14 or 15 years old, and ask for a new one exactly the same. And to see the joy on people's faces when they receive a custom-ordered mat, that over the years have included dogs, cats, homes, boats, scenes that mean a lot to them, etc etc.

If you ever visit beautiful Chester, Nova Scotia, please stop by and see me. My family and I live at 216 Central St. We are always glad to have visits from old friends and customers.
